Automotive glass gauges
We make gauges and checking fixtures for all types of car glazing: windshields, sidelites, backlites, roofs/canopies, for the half-product and finished products. We are able to make gauges and fixtures with the following dimensions: length: 4m, width: 1.5m and height: 0.6m.
Fixtures are made in the of composite materials. The supporting structure is made of "honeycomb" boards and resin materials. Parts in direct contact with the product are made of aluminum or steel. This type of construction provides the best stiffness to weight ratio.
