Industrial measurement systems
We offer measurement systems tailored to individual customer needs. The measurement system collects data, processes it and makes it available from outside. All In One computer includes an industrial computer, pneumatic valves, vaccum generators, I / O ports and Ethernet ports. The computer is ready to work with any of our checking and measurement fixtures equipped with sensors (road transducers), robots and other automation systems for product assembly and testing.

Values from sensors/probes are visible on tabular and graphic view.
The measurement application contains all the information and instructions necessary for the correct use of the device with which it is paired.
Fully intuitive and clear interface adapted to interaction through touch. The panel can also be operated with work gloves.
Graphical SPC reporting
The measuring computer generates an SPC graphic report tailored to the customers needs. It is also possible to later independently modify the appearance of reports and data display.
The most important functions are:
- ability to download results from the measurement application live or as historical data from a CSV file
- connecting external databases
- collecting data from multiple industrial computers
- generation of automatic reports on demand

Integration of measurement sensors from different manufacturers
We integrate measurement sensors from different manufacturers so that the results of the measurements are saved in our measurement software. Then from the software level, we can export the measurement report.
An example of the last such implementation was the integration of Mitutoyo and Solartron sensors for a semi-automatic checking fixture.

Horizontal or vertical
Depending on the purpose, the software can be adapted to work in horizontal or vertical orientation, fully adapted to the client's needs.
Mobile access
Additionally, we offer the possibility of integrating the mobile application into the measuring station. From the application level, we can preview the most important information from the station, view measurement reports and perform station diagnostics. The application is available for devices with iOS and Android.
